  • Booking Information

    How Does Booking Work?

Our booking system makes things simple and easy for you. You’ll get a confirmation email, and then a reminder the day before your booking!

    What is Open Play?
The Open Play sessions are open to everyone and for any six dogs at one time to book. This means that others may be there at the same time as you that have also booked for that half an hour session. This is a great opportunity for groups of friends with dogs who want to meet up for a cup of tea and let their dogs play together. It's a weather-proof adventure!

It’s best to not bring your dog along to these types of sessions if they are reactive or anxious around other dogs.

Open Play is £4.00 per half an hour per dog, or £3.00 if you are a dog walker or dog boarder (we will need to see proof of this when you arrive to check in at Chadkirk’s Farm & Country Store).

    Can I Do Private Booking?

You can do a private booking if you want nobody else there, meaning nobody else can book that half an hour slot and it is all yours, starting from £16.00 for the half an hour.

If you are a part of a group that does breed meetings, get in touch about setting up a regular session just for yourself. We’re more than happy to make any accommodations!

The private bookings can accommodate anything up to six dogs, and the price goes up £16.00 for every added 6 dogs. If the booking isn't in numbers of 6 then it's just £3.00 extra per dog. See examples below:

    Booking for 8 Dogs:
    6 Dogs = £16.00
    1 Extra Dog = £3.00
    1 Extra Dog = £3.00
    (Total 8 Dogs = £22.00)

    Booking for 12 Dogs:
    6 Dogs = £16.00
    6 Dogs = £16.00
    (Total 12 Dogs = £32)

These solo-sessions are perfect for dogs that are a little bit more reactive and need the space to themselves. For those in the dog industry, including dog walkers and boarders, it’s from £15.00 per half an hour to accommodate up to six dogs with your booking party.

To book a Private Booking, add the full six for the quantity when booking and then add code WTPRIVATE6 to discount the price down to £16.00. For anything over that, give us a call and you can pay the rest when you get here.
