What Is Open Play & Meal Deal? 
We're so glad you asked! This means you can book in for you and one dog during out Open Play hours (see below for an explanation) AND a Meal Deal for just a tenner! 

You will get a bacon or sausage butty (and we've got a vegan option available too!) with a hot drink and a Puppuccio for your dog. When you continue to the next page for your booking, simply click on the tickbox of your food choice and we sort it all for you. 

You can finish your playtime at Woof N' Tumble and then head to the tearoom for your tasty butty and drink. Be sure to tag us in your photos of your dog enjoying their Puppuccino over on Instagram too. We've love to see it! 

This Open Play & Meal Deal option is for ONE dog doing Open Play and ONE person having a Meal Deal. 

What Is Open Play?
The Open Play sessions are open to everyone and for any six dogs at one time to book. This means that others may be there at the same time as you that have also booked for that half an hour session. This is a great opportunity for groups of friends with dogs who want to meet up for a cup of tea and let their dogs play together. It's a weather-proof adventure!

It’s best to not bring your dog along to these types of sessions if they are reactive or anxious around other dogs.

Helpful Information
When selecting your booking, 'Quantity' indicates the number of dogs in attendance and all sessions are 30 minutes in length. When you arrive, please head to Chadkirk's Farm and Country Store to check in for your session.

There is a lot of parking out at the front of Chadkirk Farm and Country Store and we’re a beautiful picturesque walk away from Romiley Train Station. If you’re coming by bus, it’s easiest to get off in Romiley and walk down through the beautiful Chadkirk grounds. 

We have cafe facilities on site with indoor and outdoor seating for you to enjoy after your session. We are also a public bathroom point in the Chadkirk area. However, we do not have baby changing facilities or an accessible bathroom but we can help where we can. There is an accessible bathroom next door but customers will have to have their own radar key as we do not have one on site.

Before Your Visit
Before coming along to your first visit to the Woof N’ Tumble, it’s essential to read our Terms and Conditions before booking or entering the Woof N’ Tumble facilities. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the slot to someone else. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, so we have a flexible cancellation policy. We do have exceptions to the rules, please get in touch with us as we decide on refunds on a case-by-case policy if there has been an emergency or a serious issue has arisen. 

Please note that refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction and may take up to 5-14 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
