Booking for Dog Walkers + Boarders

When selecting your booking, 'Quantity' indicates the number of dogs in attendance and all sessions are 30 minutes in length. To book dog(s) for a full hour, for example, from 10:00am - 11:00am, please add both timeslots to your basket as separate purchases. For instance: 10:00am AND 10:30am. If you need help with this, get in touch, we're happy to help.

When you arrive, please head to Chadkirk's Farm and Country Store to check in for your session.

Book your 30 minute slot at Woof N’ Tumble at a discounted rate. Dog walkers and dog boarders can book our indoor play area for just a discounted rate of just £3.00 per dog per half an hour! The sessions are available to book from Tuesday - Friday.

Simply purchase your time slot regularly, and when you arrive at Chadkirk’s Farm and Country Store to check in, please show your proof of business. If you don’t have proof to show that you are a dog walker or run dog boarding then you will be required to pay the extra £1 per dog per half hour. Proof includes, but is not limited to, business card and ID to match, or letter headed paper.

Helpful Information
There is a lot of parking out at the front of Chadkirk Farm and Country Store and we’re a beautiful picturesque walk away from Romiley Train Station. If you’re coming by bus, it’s easiest to get off in Romiley and walk down through the beautiful Chadkirk grounds. 

We have cafe facilities on site with indoor and outdoor seating for you to enjoy after your session. We are also a public bathroom point in the Chadkirk area. However, we do not have baby changing facilities or an accessible bathroom but we can help where we can. There is an accessible bathroom next door but customers will have to have their own radar key as we do not have one on site.

Before Your Visit
Before coming along to your first visit to the Woof N’ Tumble, it’s essential to read our Terms and Conditions before booking or entering the Woof N’ Tumble facilities. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the slot to someone else. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, so we have a flexible cancellation policy. We do have exceptions to the rules, please get in touch with us as we decide on refunds on a case-by-case policy if there has been an emergency or a serious issue has arisen. 

Please note that refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction and may take up to 5-14 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
